Beginners
Wednesday
7pm - 8pm
New to Argentine Tango? Start here.
Our Beginners class is designed for complete beginners, so you don’t need any previous dance experience. You’ll learn the foundations of Argentine Tango at a comfortable pace, including connection, the tango walk, pivots, ochos and simple movements that you can gradually put together and use socially.
Beginners classes run every week and there’s no need to book — simply come along and pay at the door.
If you’re just getting started, you can also buy a 6-class Beginners Pack for £60, giving you six Beginners classes to use at your own pace.
Once you’re comfortable with the foundations, you can start joining the Improvers class too. We recommend continuing with Beginners alongside Improvers for as long as you find it useful — the fundamentals are always worth revisiting.

Improvers
Wednesday
8pm - 9pm
In this class we look closer at the mechanics of Tango and work to develop body-awareness through solo and partner exercises. Sequences are broken down in order to study the finer details of movement and connection in the dance: the "how".
Exercises will always be adapted to the individual level of the student.
This class is suitable once you are comfortable with the basic foundations of tango, including the walk, connection, ochos and simple movements.
